With Cancellations, we love being given as much notice as possible.

If you give us 48+ hours notice, your Booking Fee is 100% Refundable, cancellations within the 48 hours period could result in loss of booking fee.

To Cancel, please call the Salon within business hours.  If you cancel with less than 24 hrs notice, we will need to charge you in full, for your appointment.

BOOKING FEE

We can only book you in as a first-time Colour Client, after we’ve seen you in Salon for a Complimentary Consultation.

In the Consult, we establish expectations, how to achieve your vision, and we provide you with a clear quote.

To secure your appointment, we will need to take a Booking Fee, which is approximately 50% of the overall cost.  The Booking Fee will then be deducted from the final cost of your bill.
